Refund & Cancellation Policy for Atrimed Clinic

Consultation Fee

  • Consultation fees are applicable per online appointment and must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellations

  • Please note, appointments once booked are non‑refundable.

Rescheduling

  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend the Zoom consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

  • No refund will be issued for no-show appointments.
