Refund & Cancellation Policy for Atrimed Clinic
Consultation Fee
Consultation fees are applicable per online appointment and must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the Zoom consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
No refund will be issued for no-show appointments.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
Rescheduling
One-time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
