Refund Policy

Consultation Fee

• The consultation fee is INR 3,000 per online appointment

Cancellations

• Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are eligible for a refund

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable

No‑Show Policy

• Failure to attend the Zoom consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a no‑show

• No refund will be issued for no‑show appointments

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider

Rescheduling

• One‑time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability
